It will take place at Jazz at Lincoln Center’s Frederick P. Rose Hall, located on Broadway at 60th Street in New York City, on Thursday, February 20, at 5:30 pm. Rose Hall is renowned as one of the most stunning venues in the city, making it the perfect setting for this year’s celebration. The concert will showcase a variety of performances, including advanced, auditioned solo, duet, trio, and small group pieces from students across Dwight School campuses. It will also feature large-scale musical collaborations, bringing together all the musicians from around the world for a combined performance. In addition to the cross-campus musical collaboration, students will have the opportunity to explore the city, attend masterclasses, and participate in social events throughout the rehearsal week. Most importantly, they will forge lasting friendships with fellow musicians, united by the universal language of music.
Participants must currently be in grades 6 to 12.
