Physical Education

Dwight Global's Physical Education course is designed to prepare students with an understanding of the importance of physical fitness and prepare them to lead healthy and active lifestyles beyond the classroom. In this course, students will attain the knowledge and skills to participate in a variety of healthy activities, understand and appreciate the benefits of maintaining a healthful lifestyle, understand how to evaluate and access resources in their community to pursue a healthy and active life, and become aware of the many career opportunities available in this field. This course is suitable for students of all fitness levels and interests. (0.5 credit)
